Customer Service with Outstanding Work

October 25, 2019

“We just finished up with our Independent Suspension and new MORryde rubber pin box. Everyone from Brian Hosinski, the service manager, to Jamarion ‘Jay’ Burton, our installer, to Rima Sabnis, the receptionist, couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. The customer lounge was stocked with complimentary goodies, and the free lunch was a bonus. MORryde has great customer service and does outstanding work, and we are so happy with our decision to have MORryde’s upgrades to our 2015 Redwood. We have already noticed a huge difference in the suspension, no chucking over the bridge transitions! Hats off to all of you. We very much appreciate it.”
