Today’s rough roads are rougher than ever and road shock can damage even
the best built vehicles. Whether you have an RV, pickup truck, transit bus,
ambulance or a specialty vehicle, your vehicle is built on a truck chassis
with a truck suspension. And that means it can ride like a truck! MOR/ryde has
developed the RL system as the suspension solution for today’s rough roads
and their impact on vehicles with truck suspension systems.
MOR/ryde’s unique 100% natural rubber shear springs work to isolate and
absorb road shock, which reduces the vibrations transmitted to the vehicle,
providing for a smoother ride. The vibrations are absorbed before they get to
the vehicle frame, it’s components, and contents. This better protects
the vehicle from damaging road shock. And, the MOR/ryde RL system requires minimal
maintenance, unlike air suspensions which can be costly to purchase and service.
The RL system is affordable and can be aftermarket installed onto existing vehicles
or ordered direct from some OEM’s. Installation is bolt-on, with no welding
required.
Description of the RL System
MOR/ryde's RL System is unique in that our rubber springs work with the factory
leaf springs on your vehicle to create a new "shared" suspension system.
We simply replace the rear hanger and spring shackles of your factory springs
with our 100% natural rubber springs. This increases axle travel, reduces vibrations
in the floor of the vehicle and gives you a smoother ride. Vibrations are absorbed
before they get to the vehicle frame... and you...softening the ride on loaded
and unloaded vehicles.
How you can get the RL System
The MOR/ryde RL system can be ordered direct from the MOR/ryde factory. Installation
can be done by a local installer, a do-it-yourselfer, or at the MOR/ryde Service
Center. The RL System is affordable, too; it costs less than most air suspension
systems. And, it requires minimal maintenance.
