"I wrote to MOR/ryde asking for information a short time ago and want to thank you for replying in a short time frame. I decided to purchase a new Carriage Cameo and have the MOR/ryde Disc Brake package installed.
First I have to commend MOR/ryde on the way in which they responded to Carriage to have the upgrade performed on my new Fifth Wheel. I was able to pick up our new Fiver within the week of purchase. One of the criteria I had set for my next RV was to have disc brakes.
I have been using the new rig for about a week now and must say that the installation of the Disc Brake package has been one of the best investments I could have made. The new Fiver is about 4000 pounds heavier than my previous fiver but the stopping has been so greatly improved that it is immeasurable. I cannot express how much more confident I am in approaching traffic lights, intersections, stop signs, etc. I no longer worry about panic situations such as long downhill runs with twisting turns."
"Just wanted to check in and thank you guys for choosing us to be a "tester" of the pin box before the Pomona show. Finally left Cathedral City for Quartzsite and was very happy with the difference in towing. Using a 1 ton dually and a heavy 5'er produces quite a bit of what I call "surging", the pin box eliminated about 95% of that movement."

"I would like to make a few comments on my recent experiences with MOR/ryde at the
factory in Elkhart.
I had the IS system and pin box installed on my fifth wheel. The difference in the ride, and in the condition of the trailer upon arriving at our destination is unbelievable. Before, the inside of the trailer looked like a minor mess to a major disaster depending on the roads we traveled. Always, at least the chair was tipped over, and things were tossed from the couch. After the installation, we traveled three times on what I consider to be as bad a road as exists for bounce on a trailer, I69, in the Flint, Lansing area. Each time there was absolutely no disruption in the trailer,
and the pin box made for a much more pleasant ride, without the double bounce.
However, I am sure the above is representative of mail you get every day.
What we also found was an attitude, friendliness, and courtesy with every one we
spoke with, or dealt with, at MOR/ryde. Even the people who were not working on our
trailer would speak with you when they walked by you, and the people we dealt directly
with were outstanding. I wish I knew all the names of the people but I don't, suffice
it to say they all made our time in Elkhart, and our experience with you very pleasant.

"By the time we got home with our trailer, considerably before that, as a matter of fact, we absolutely concluded that the
cost of installation of the MOR/ryde pin-box on our Aljo 5th wheel is by far the best investment in
improvements we have made on that vehicle since our original purchase two and one-half years ago.
I don't know whether you recall our conversation following the installation, but you kept asking me how
much of an improvement in the ride of our tow vehicle I thought resulted from the installation of the new pin-box. I kept saying 50, perhaps as much as 75 percent improvement. As we left your facility and drove back to the RV Park north of Elkhart, my wife immediately said she
thought the ride was improved by 100%! Long before we got home I more than agreed with that assessment."
"We took the new pin box on it's maiden voyage last week. We drove about 600 miles on a variety of roads: Freeways with their expansion joints, country roads with cattle guards, bumps and patches, and dirt roads with washboards and ruts. Every one of these situations in the past have caused the 5th wheel to "yank and jerk" the tow vehicle but with the new rubber pin box there was little to no "yanking and jerking".
It was like night and day. The truck and trailer were for the most part a smooth and comfortable unit.

From the first contact via telephone, Mr. Mike Butler was
honest and forthright with his estimates of time and cost.
Mr. Jim McGinnis who did the work was the same, he answered
our questions on how the job would be done. He showed us
how to adjust and maintain the new suspension. When a minor
"oops" happened, Jim was very honest about it and immediately
explained how he planned to fix it. His repair was first
rate as far as we were concerned. Jim apologized for not
getting us out the same day but since we had been told
up front to expect to be in the shop two days we were not
disappointed.
Sue at the front desk was a joy to deal with. The very first
day she greeted me warmly and inquired if we would be having
lunch with them. I was very confused since we had just arrived
and I only needed to know where we were to park the rig.
As it turned out, we did eat lunch since we could not put
out our slide-outs and did not know where to get food.
It was a very refreshing experience to have a company actually
care that you were comfortable while they were working on
your "home." You can rest assured if we meet anyone in our
travels that needs suspension, brake, or hitch improvements
we will recommend MOR/ryde.

"We took a trip to our other
RV park in Wisconsin last weekend and had our first opportunity
to try out our new MOR/ryde Pin Box. It was a much
improved ride over our standard pin box. While you
could still feel the joints in the cement highways, it
was a much softer ride. No more jarring and bucking
like before. When I first hit the road it took a
couple of miles to get used to the new connection, because
you can actually feel the softness between the pin box
and hitch. But after I learned the new feel every
thing was fine.

the interstate roads that had previously given us a push

"We just want to thank everyone at MOR/ryde for making

We also want to say that MOR/ryde's new rubber suspension
system is unbelievable!. Our '98 Newmar 5th wheel was retrofitted
with MOR/ryde after our trailer dealer told us it was not
available. With the rubber axle all our possessions were
tossed around and many a plate and glass were broken. The
shelves in the refrigerator always collapsed and it was a
horror to open any closet to see what would fall out.
The difference is like night is to day! Everything stays
in place, nothing moves or breaks and the trailer rolls along
without bouncing. What a nice smooth ride, it's fantastic.
If we hadn't had the rubber axle before we would have taken
our MOR/ryde for granted. But when you can see and feel the
difference, it's a delight!

"We had MOR/ryde installed on our 3 year old Jayco 5th
wheel a year and a half ago. We then rode in the 5th wheel
on your test route. We put an empty plastic bowl on the kitchen
table and the only time it moved was going around a corner.
It never bounced, it only slid. Impressive! Now for the best
part. This year the 5th wheel was traded in for a new rig
(which we are going to install MOR/ryde on) and after the
dealer made his best offer, I told him we had MOR/ryde installed
only a year and a half ago and showed him your invoice. He
said give me a minute, went back in his office to do some
checking, came out and increased his trade offer by the total
amount of your invoice. Now that's impressive. In effect we
used the MOR/ryde system for a year and a half at no cost.
My wife and I want to thank you for the great experience we
had with our first installation and look forward to the installation
on our new 5th wheel in a few months."
"Allow me to tell you how pleased I am with my IS conversion.
Up until the change over it has been one rocky road. Broken
Corian Counter, broken leaf spring, broken slide out roller
beneath the large slide over the front axle and a dinning
room table that kept tipping over. ALL GONE. I put a glass
of water on the counter after I left your shop and drove 100
miles. I went back and checked and the glass hadn't moved
or spilled a drop. As if that wasn't enough proof I then placed
an apple on the table and then drove for another 150 miles.
Didn't move off the table."
"I just had to let you know about an experience we had on our trip to Florida this month.
We drove from Grand Rapids, MI to Manchester, TN the first day and stayed overnight in our 5th wheel. Before going to bed, my wife and I took our pills with a full can of pop. After taking the pills, and with a good 1/2 to 3/4 of the can full of pop, my wife left it on the lavatory. The lavatory is Corian and the can was no more than 3 inches from the edge.
We traveled about 6 hours the next day before we ventured into the 5th wheel at a rest stop to get something for a snack. It was then that I discovered the can of pop which had been left out the night before and forgotten. To our complete amazement, the can was exactly where it was left.
What a testimony for MOR/ryde Suspension, because some of the highway was very rough and bumpy.
Maybe we'll see you at the Tampa RV Show, but I couldn't wait to tell you how please we are with MOR/ryde."

"I could not find a smaller, 16 - 20 passenger vehicle
that didn't have wheelchair accommodations in the back of
the vehicle, which produces an awful ride. We installed the
MOR/ryde product on two new vehicles, and found the ride to
be much improved, and have placed it into our specs."
