More than a suspension company...

Founded in 1966 by Robert Moore Sr., the first 28 years of MOR/ryde's history was strictly as
MORryde Pasta designer and manufacturer of high-performance, patented suspension systems for O.E.M. applications. Utilizing our unique rubber in shear spring design, the suspension systems delivered exceptional performance.

In recent years, MOR/ryde has continued our aggressive research and development in the suspension product line by introducing several new products for the RV, Transit Bus and Ambulance markets.

In 1994, we began an aggressive expansion of our business units. Our metal fabrication division was launched with just a few pieces of equipment. However, our reputation for quality manufacturing, engineering expertise and outstanding customer service were instrumental in giving us credibility to expand our metal fabrication efforts. Today, we have grown our Metal Fabrication division to a multi-shift, 130,000 sq. ft. facility that features high-precision laser cutting technology, robotic welding technology, a 7-stage wash powder coat line, and a complete line of fabrication equipment and services. We serve a variety of industries, such as recreational and commercial vehicles, orthopedic, trucking, agricultural and many others.

In 1996, we continued our business expansion and entered into the chassis services market. By combining our engineering expertise, metal fabrication capabilities and our attention to customer service, our chassis services division has grown substantially over the past 15 years and we are now the local leader in providing chassis services to a variety of industries, including recreational vehicle and transit bus.

Over the past 40 years, MOR/ryde has grown from a small company to a multi-plant company with over 300,000 sq. ft. and over 320 employees. The most important attribute to our success has been customer service. Whether at the O.E.M., dealer or retail level, we take pride in our attention to customer service. We will work hard to partner with you to provide the products and services that meet your expectations, and we will serve your needs after the sale to ensure you are completely satisfied with your experience with MOR/ryde. We want you to become one of our "Raving Fans."
