Every chassis modified by MOR/ryde goes through a final inspection process by trained inspectors using a formal Quality Control Plan. The goal is repeatable quality. Should a quality issue arise, each issue is documented, reviewed, and tracked following Six Sigma guidelines. MOR/ryde quality representatives also visit our customers on a routine schedule. This allows us to talk with the production personnel and identify any issues before they build up. It also serves as a method to ensure best practices are being done.
