Independent Suspension System

"We would like to first thank everyone at Mor/Ryde for the excellent customer service we received and the quality craftsmanship of independent suspension that we purchased.  From the moment we arrived and throughout the installation process, everyone we met with were very open, friendly and customer focused.  The technicians were all very professional and we could tell not only knew What they were doing, but also take pride in their workmanship and strive produce and install the best quality product available.
We became Mor/Ryde customers by first installing the pin box system 4 years ago and have been so impressed with its performance that when it came time to upgrade the suspension, Mor/Ryde I.S. was first on our list to consider.  The more we investigated other systems, the more we considered Mor/Ryde I.S. as our first choice.  The trailer glides down the road as if floating on air but without the worry or hassle of setting and maintaining air pressures.  Just crossing the multiple track railroad crossing down from the service facility we could tell what difference the I.S. system makes.  On the return trip home we took the same route that include everything from Indiana freeways to back country Ohio roads that are known for being fairly rough in the spring of the year and could not believe the difference the I.S. made in addition to to the pin box we already had in place.  The I.S. is more than what we expected in every way and the service given at the Mor/Ryde service center cannot be beat by anyone, anywhere!!"

"Allow me to tell you how pleased I am with my IS conversion. Up until the change over it has been one rocky road. Broken Corian Counter, broken leaf spring, broken slide out roller beneath the large slide over the front axle and a dinning room table that kept tipping over. ALL GONE. I put a glass of water on the counter after I left your shop and drove 100 miles. I went back and checked and the glass hadn't moved or spilled a drop. As if that wasn't enough proof I then placed an apple on the table and then drove for another 150 miles. Didn't move off the table."
